What’s Cooking this Week?

Ninja Creami Creations

Craving something sweet but want to keep it healthy? The Ninja Creami is a super cool kitchen gadget! This innovative machine turns healthy ingredients like protein powder and milk into a delicious frozen treat. Packed with protein and customizable with your favorite flavors and mix-ins, making Ninja Creami ice cream is a guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth. The options are endless, too! Member Shawn’s go-to concoction is a PB&J protein ice cream- Fairlife protein milk, one scoop of vanilla protein powder. Freeze overnight and mix in 2 TB PB Fit Powder and fresh cut-up strawberries. My favorite is cookies and cream protein ice cream made with Fairlife protein milk, one scoop of cookies and cream protein powder, topped with Cookies & Cream Cookie Butter Powder. Check out this site for instructions and other Ninja Creami ideas.

3 Ingredient High Protein Ice Cream

If you don’t have a Ninja Creami try this high-protein ice cream. It’s made with cottage cheese- I promise it’s good. Like Greek yogurt, it has a thick, creamy texture and can be enjoyed sweet or savory. It’s also high in protein; it’s healthy, balanced, and simple with only three ingredients! It tastes like a creamy dessert once you blend and freeze this yumminess. You can customize it however you like, so dream up some fun flavors! The easiest way to switch it up is by using different fruits.

Watermelon Pizza

This dessert is healthy, easy, and great for the kids! Slice watermelon, cover with a layer of Greek yogurt mixture (1-2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp of honey, and 1 tsp of vanilla), and top with fruit of your choice.

Healthy Chocolate Protein Brownies

These Healthy Chocolate Protein Brownies are super chocolatey, made with whole gluten-free ingredients, and are vegan-friendly with no sugar added! They’ve got a fudgy texture and taste sinful! Use an 8×8 pan, and let them cool for 20+ minutes.

High Protein Edible Cookie Dough

This high-protein edible cookie dough takes a few minutes to prepare, making it a great grab-and-go option or a guilt-free dessert. Have some fun with it and try different protein flavors, fruits, or candies.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark

Yogurt bark is a terrific, easy dessert idea! You only need 4 ingredients to make this recipe (plus optional toppings, like s sliced banana) and about 15 minutes of prep time. For best results, freeze the bark for a minimum of 4 hours until it hardens. I make this recipe with a few tweaks. I sub the peanut butter for 2-3 TB of PB Fit and swap the semi-sweet chocolate chips for monk fruit chocolate chips.
