Protein Fluff Dip

I made this protein fluff dip for an event, and it went fast! It comes together quickly and is a guilt-free splurge. It’s great for parties with kiddos or as a healthy dessert option. Serve with cinnamon chips. Make them with lavash bread (Joseph’s Lavash Bread). To make them, cut the lavash into squares or triangles, place it on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with cinnamon and monk fruit or stevia sugar on top, bake for 5 minutes, flip, and bake for 2 more. They are crisp and sweet and last for days in a sandwich baggie.

Zesty Marinated Shrimp

These easy shrimp look impressive and taste great! They travel well, too. The zesty sauce has a wonderful spicy citrus flavor. This is one of my go-to recipes because I can prepare it ahead of time. I usually cut back on the red onion. Make sure you use shrimp that is lower in sodium.

Food & Mood Salad

You’ve probably heard about the Jennifer Aniston salad. It’s rumored she brought this on the set with her every day while filming Friends. I was inspired by it and adapted it to make it my own- the Food & Mood Salad.  It’s perfect for entertaining!

White Bean Dip

You only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this creamy white bean dip! Served with pita chips and veggies, it’s a delicious snack or appetizer.

Cracked Pepper Potato Chips with Onion Dip

This dip is so good! The baked potato chips have a satisfying crunch and less fat than store-bought, and once you try this easy, homemade onion dip, you’ll never buy go back to the full-fat version.

Cowboy Caviar

A healthy and hearty make-ahead dip, this recipe is the ultimate side dish to bring to the party. It’s easy and inexpensive to put together, and your crowd will surely love it — just don’t forget the chips!

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

These healthy buffalo chicken meatballs are a great option for a weeknight dinner, game day snack, or party appetizer. Serve them with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping, or enjoy them on their own.
