This protein bar recipe is super popular in my house- made no less than 2X per week. Everybody loves it! And it’s got great macros:

  • 150 calories
  • 11 gr of protein
  • 3 gr of fat
  • 3 gr of fiber
  • 15 gr net carbs

I’ve been experimenting with several recipes and love the cookies and cream protein with strawberries best (try chocolate protein or graham cracker and mix up the fruit!). The texture is dense and cake-like (so it feels and tastes like a “cheat”), and, more importantly, it’s super healthy and a life hack. It takes less than 10 minutes to make, lasts several days or longer in the fridge or freezer, and is baggable to take on the go.

Mix it up with different berries and protein powder. Let me know what you think!
