Pumpkin Spice Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of vanilla Greek yogurt (0% Fat & No Sugar Added)
- 1/4 Cup pumpkin puree
- 1 TB Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
I typically use canned pumpkin puree, but if you’ve got the real ones around try making your own.
Instructions
Combine yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice seasoning. Serve with apple slices, carrot sticks, or graham crackers.
