The number one way to jumpstart a healthy diet is to ditch the bag! Remove (or limit) anything bagged or boxed.

No matter the diet (Anti inflammatory, Mediterranean, Keto, or INSERT NAME), the common thread is more whole foods, less processed foods. The easiest place to start or improve is to limit eating anything in a bag or from a box. Try it and learn! How often are you reaching for or cooking with boxed/bagged foods? What time of day is hardest?
