Now that school, sports, and activities are ramping back up, I need quick and easy meals on hand. This low-carb turkey chili is healthy and such a crowd pleaser. We make a big batch every week. Sometimes I throw it over rice or pasta or serve it with air-fried corn tortillas. It is super simple- brown turkey, dump, and go in the crockpot.
Ingredients for Low-Carb Turkey Chili
- 3lbs Ground turkey (93%)
- 28 oz Crushed tomatoes
- 2, 14oz Cans diced tomatoes
- 16oz Chichi’s chunky salsa (optional)
- 2 bags of Frozen peppers and onions
- 1 TB Garlic
- 3 TB Chili powder
- Salt and pepper
I usually make this in a crock pot so I can set it and forget it, but you can also make it in a big pot. Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Dump browned turkey and all other ingredients into crockpot. Heat on high for a 2-3 hours.

Marinades are a key to my meal prep too. One of my favorite of all time is this awesome flank steak recipe. Let me know what you think!
