This high-protein edible cookie dough takes a few minutes to prepare, making it a great grab-and-go option or a guilt-free dessert. Have some fun with it and try different protein flavors, fruits, or candies. I like to make it with Cookies’ n Cream protein powder and toss in monk fruit sprinkles.
High-Protein Edible Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cottage Cheese
- 2/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 TB Maple Syrup (or stevia)
- 1-2 TB of Dark Chocolate Chips or Fruit
Instructions
Directions:
- Using a blender, add the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl then add in the almond flour, and protein powder, and mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
